Status
The visualization is being built. You can already browse incidents segmented by industry, harm type, and AI system.
What it will show
- Industry × harm-type matrix with severity-weighted cell values.
- Tooltip drill-down to the underlying incident set per cell.
- Rolling 12-month, 24-month, and all-time windows.
- Annotation layer for major regulatory events (FTC actions, EU AI Act milestones).
