- Aggregate trends — counts, rates, severity distributions across the database.
- Editorial process — how we source, verify, classify, and present incidents (full method at /methodology).
- Specific incidents we've published — what the primary sources show, what is alleged vs. confirmed.
- Methodology criticism — we welcome it. We have published, written-down standards (/editorial-standards) and we maintain a public corrections log (/corrections).
What we generally don't comment on
- Pending negotiations or non-public sources.
- Legal advice or predictions about how a court will rule.
- Speculation about an incident that has not yet passed our editorial review.
- The internal workings of our subscribers.
Brand assets
