  • May 17, 2026Airline chatbot refund misstatement — jurisdiction corrected. An earlier version of this entry listed the class-action complaint as filed in the Eastern District of New York. The complaint was filed in the Southern District of New York. We have corrected the jurisdiction field and the source citation.

  • May 12, 2026Status badge wording standardized site-wide. The amber badge previously read "Unverified allegations" in some templates and "Reported allegations — unverified" in others. We standardized on the longer phrasing across all incident pages so the editorial framing is consistent.
