Charts and downloadable CSVs covering monthly incident volume, severity mix, and harm-type breakdown over time — built on top of the public incident database.
Status
The dashboard is being built. The underlying counts are already public on our transparency report and you can browse incident-by-incident on the archive today.
What it will include
- Monthly incident counts, segmented by severity and harm type.
- Industry breakdown over 12 / 24 / all-time windows.
- Per-company incident frequency (only companies with public-record incidents).
- CSV + JSON export, no login required.
- Embed code for individual charts.
